Alfonso Kennard is an author, motivational speaker and thought leader who’s spent decades honing his leadership and inspirational acumen. After an extensive legal career marked by landmark victories and national recognition, he retired from the practice of law to pursue the higher calling of helping others discover purpose and resilience. His latest ventures—SoulFull Motivation + Ministry and its platforms SoulAwake and Remoralize—reflect his shift toward growth, healing, and authentic living.

Alfonso’s shift from the law to leadership is nothing short of remarkable. A successful trial lawyer for over two decades, he has achieved an AV rating and is recognized as a Super Lawyer. He was also included on the Top 100 National Trial Lawyers list in the country.

Alfonso also founded and led his own law firm for 13 years, after a decade of representing some of the largest companies in the U.S. But despite earning the respect of his clients and peers, he felt driven to channel his experiences into a more human-focused pursuit, one that linked professional excellence with personal growth.

This drive led Alfonso to withdraw from the legal profession, which in turn enabled him to speak more openly about issues related to pursuing justice and redemption. Although he once prioritized courtroom victories, he now believes that helping people win back their sense of self is a more meaningful pursuit.
